Description:
Covered oblong, bulbous pearlware sugar bowl with two scrolled flange handles with trefoil leaf brackets, shallow oblong foot; transfer printed medium blue decoration of broad neoclassical building (City Hall, NY) with cupola on either side; floral decoration on shoulder (missing lid).
