Description: 
A metal cigar display stand and mechanical cigar cutter embossed on the top with a smiling cat surrounded by the words "Ask For/ Mr. Thomas'/ 5 Cent Cigar/ Ruhe Bros. Co./ Makers/ Factory No. 956 1ST District PA." Two holes on the top are for inserting the tip of a cigar, while a key on the side turns a spring loaded blade for clipping the tips off the cigars. A metal tube at the rear would have held a cigar for display.
