Description: 
A heavy cast iron store countertop tobacco plug cutter, painted black with red border lines and remnants of gold designs. The handle, sides and cutting arch are each embossed on both sides "Lorillard's Tomahawk Tobacco", and the top of the base has "Tomahawk" embossed in large lettering. The handle is lifted and lowered causing a rectangular blade to chop with force. The underside is embossed "Pat. July 25, 1871 April 13, 1875".
