Description: 
A store display and amusement diorama of a street scene of both white and African American shoeshine boys carrying Bixby Blacking boxes and arranged in a cheering circle around a cut out figure of an African American shoeshine boy in a green jacket and red and white striped britches with jointed, moving arms and legs attached to an internal device that makes the figure dance when activated. It reads "Bixby's 'Three Bee' Blacking/ Jubilee/ 'BBB' Takes First Prize", next to a picture of a tin of Bixby shoe polish.
