Description:
A cast metal advertising stand with a mechanical lever actuated cigar cutter and a wind-up clock. The clock face is mounted in a bezel that is embossed in a circle "Not Left 5c Cigar 5c", with beige painted lettering on a red background. An inner circle is embossed "G. W. Van Slyke & Horton/ Albany, New York". A protruding lever on the fornt has a small hole in it in which a very narrow cigar is inserted and the whole arm pressed downward to nip the tip off the cigar.
