Description: 
Circular plastic still bank in the form of a dime, colored silver, with molded portrait bust of Franklin Delano Roosevelt on obverse, with inscription around edge; on reverse, molded eagle with wings spread, head facing left, and talons clinging to shield, flanked by pair of torches, with inscription around edge; slot (for coins) at center of obverse, top, lid can be screwed off to reveal interior.
