Bronze struck uniface plaquette with inscription at center with sailing ship above and a steamboat below: "ANNIVERSARY. DINNER/ SAINT.NICHOLAS.SOCIETY/OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK/DEC. 6. 1909"; seals of New York at upper left and right corners; below are dates: "1609", at left, and "1807", at right. Two remnants of hanger or mount on reverse.
