Description:
A pin-on award ribbon. The top pin bar is a rectangular frame inset with a paper printed in blue "2ND/ Platoon Commander". It is attached to a long red, white and blue striped ribbon with dark gold metallic fringe, stamped in gold with an eagle on a shield and banner marked "E Pluribus Unum" surrounded by stars, arrows and laurels, with the words "Silk Industry/ Of America/ And /Allied Interests/ Citizens/ Preparedness/ Parade/ May 13th, 1916."
