Cream silk satin ribbon printed in magenta; depicts wooden log inscribed "WISCONSIN" with badger atop and great seal of Wisconsin with Maltese cross inscribed: "WOMEN'S/RELIEF/CORPS/1883" suspended by chains beneath; inscription: "DEPARTMENT OF WISCONSIN W.R./C./8th National/Convention,/August 12 to 16, 1890./BOSTON."
