Metal pin-back with hanging metal cross and rectangular red ribbon with fringed bottom attached. Top pin-back embossed with "PENNSYLVANIA" and cross embossed with "MAY/18/DEDICATION/SEDGWICK MEMORIAL/TABLET/1887". Ribbon printed with gold text: "VETERAN/6TH/ARMY CORPS".
