Red silk ribbon trimmed with gold and a red, white and blue American flag gathered into a bow at top; printed in gold "GUEST/ REVOLUTIONARY/ SOLDIERS/ MONUMENT" over image of obelisk monument flanked by canon and American flag; monument inscribed "1776-1783/ IN MEMORY OF/ OFFICERS/ &/ SOLDIERS/ OF THE/ REVOLUTION/ CAUSE OF/ LIBERTY/ 1894." Printed below "TARRYTOWN, N.Y./ OCT. 19TH 1894"; bottom edged in metal fringe.
