Description:
Ornate cream cellulosic plastic badge in gold frame, inscribed in blue: "CAPTAIN"; sewn onto upper edge of blue silk ribbon with imprinted inscriptions in gold: "REBUPLICAN/COUNTY/COMMITEE/ODELL/AND/HIGGINS"; circular cellulosic plastic button with photographic portrait of Odell attached at center of ribbon. Circular paper label with manufacturer's name applied at back of ribbon.
