J. William Fulbright (1905-55) was an influential Senator from Arkansas (1945-74). This may represent either the 1968 campaign when he ran for Senate and Robert Kennedy ran for PResident, or, an attempt to propel him into the Vice PResidential nominator on teh national John F. Kennedy ticket in 1968.
