Description:
Molded blue transfer printed plate with slightly scalloped edges; border pattern composed of stylized butterflies, scrolls, bands, and geometric shapes;at the center is a cartouche with a profile of George Washington wearing a laurel wreath; around the cartouche are scrolls, flowers, and a crown and a bird.
