Description: 
Plate painted in muted blue, brown, and greens decorated with landscape scene that depicts two quail positioned among reeds, flowers, and grass along shore of river and framed by flying birds and clouds; rim painted with cloud formations in bold black and gold; underside of plate rim is decorated with abstracted phoenix rendered in gold.
