Description:
Shield-shaped wooden plaque with enameled brass disk attached to center of obverse; disk with seal of the State of New York in exposed brass and red, white and blue enamel above a pair of crossed revolvers on yellow ground, with central motif encircled by a blue band with inscription, "WESTCHESTER COUNTY / 1941 / POLICE REVOLVER LEAGUE."
