Half blue and half orange felt pennant from the Hudson-Fulton Celebration; in the blue section, along the hoist, is an image of Fulton's ship, the "Clermont" flying a dutch flag below the inscription, "HUDSON-FULTON/ 1609/ 1909"; in the lower orange section is the vertical inscription, "CELEBRATION"; white hoist with ties at both ends.
