Description: 
A cotton felt cloth pen wipe, printed half black and half gray with black and gray fringe. Given as a premium by cigar stores and manufacturers for blotting the ink from a nib pen. Part of a college collectible series-printed in the center with a scene of a man in a vintage football uniform with a ball surrounded in each corner by two pennants, one marked "Army" and the other "A"; the letter "A" and the school symbol- an eagle over a shield.
