Description:
A green cotton felt cloth pen wipe, printed with the flag of "Cuba", consisting of blue and white stripes, with a red triangular pennant with one white star, surrounded by a red, white, yellow and blue frame with a brown border. Part of a series of Flags of the World given as a premium by cigar stores and manufacturers for blotting the ink from a nib pen.
