Description:
A bright cotton felt cloth pen wipe, printed to resemble a geometrically patterned Persian rug with royal blue fringe. Given as a premium by cigar stores and manufacturers for blotting the ink from a nib pen. Part of a college collectible series-printed in the center with a brown pennant that reads "Texas" in white.
