Description:
A bright cotton felt cloth pen wipe, printed to resemble a geometrically patterned Persian rug with fuchsia fringe. Given as a premium by cigar stores and manufacturers for blotting the ink from a nib pen. Part of a college collectible series- printed in the center with a pennant in yellow that reads "Minnesota" in red.
