Description:
Genre illustration for "Sweet Bells Out of Tune", by Mrs. Burton Harrison, first published in six installments in Century Magazine, 1892-93, and then re-issued as a book by Century Co., New York, 1893. Both versions included 11 illustrations by Gibson.
