Gallery Label: 
Elizabeth Brasher, daughter of Colonel Abraham Brasher, was married to John Pintard in 1784 in Paramus, New Jersey. The couple soon moved to New York where they resided thereafter except for a brief period in New Orleans. This miniature portrait of her was a gift to the Society from her grandson.
