Bronze struck medal with full-length portait of Robert Keayne with legend: "IN COMMEMORATION OF THE 250th ANNIVERSARY OF THE/ANCIENT AND HONORABLE ARTILLERY COMPANY OF MASS."; in ex.: "Robert Keayne/1st COMMANDER 1638." Reverse shows a figure of Native American within ornate reserve, with arm holding sword above; legend: "ENSE PETIT PLACIDAM SUB LIBERTATE QUIETEM/1888." White rectangular carboard paper case.
