Description: 
Metal pin-back bar with image of two crossed rifles and an American crest, attached to a piece of yellow ribbon printed with gold "GAR/VETERANS/1865". Circular medallion hanging from end of ribbon with image of a soldier holding a rifle in fromt of the Capitol building, below the words "28th NATIONAL ENCAMPMENT 1892". On back of medallion, image of a stacked eagle, cannons, American flag and military badge, surrounded by the text "FRATERNITY CHARITY LOYALTY/1861 1865".
