Description:
Tin molded two-part medal with obverse showing front-facing hatted bust-length portrait of Columbus with dates left "1492" and right "1892"; legend: "COLUMBIAN SOUVENIR MEDAL/ CHICAGO WORLD's FAIR 1893." Reverse shows steam battleship at sea; legend: "IN GOD WE TRUST/ U. S. MAN OF WAR." Parts contain accordion-folded 14-section color printed paper images of individual buildings at the Exposition.
