Gallery Label: 
This magnifying glass belonged to Ludwig Russell, the donor's great-great-great-grandfather. It descended through Hon. Jeremiah Russell (1782-1867), John Russell (son) who married Eliza Schoonmaker, and Alida (Russell) Wynkoop (1834-1923), the donor's grandmother.
