Navy blue wool serge Naval jumper; V-neck with sailor's collar, horizontal slit pocket at the left breast, yeoman's insignia on the left shoulder, with eagle above crossed quills, 3 chevron stripes; front and back both in 2 horizontal panels; drawstring around bottom hem.
Gallery Label: 
This jumper is part of a uniform worn by H. Maxson Holloway when he served as a Yeoman 1st Class in the U.S. Navy during World War II. The Society owns several of his wartime uniforms; as a collection, they represent a wide range of different styles of Naval uniforms across the span of the war.
