White cardboard matchbook printed in peach, olive and red; the background is peach; "RISTORANTE / IL / CORTILE" is printed in red on the front within a logo design printed in olive of Art Nouveau styled foliage. ; "CLOSE COVER .. STRIKE ON BACK" is printed on the footer. "125 MULBERRY STREET / NEW YORK CITY 10013 / (212) 226-6060" is printed in red on the reverse with a central Art Nouveau style design of foliage above the striker; "Bradley Industries Inc., Frankfort, IL 60423"
