A white paper brochure from the opening of the second half of the first United Nations General Assembly Session ever held, on October 23, 1946. The brochure describes the organization and operations of the United Nations and has two pinback buttons attached, one has a dark blue globe with a gold grid and a banner across the equator printed "United Nations"; the other has a cetral letter "U" around the word "You" encircled by "There's A 'U' in the United Nations".
