Gas mask consisting of a cylindrical black painted metal inhaler and rubber and textile face mask with clear plastic window (now broken into numerous pieces); in rectangular, brown leatherette-covered case with hinged lid, key lock, and carrying strap (now detached and in several pieces).
According to the accession records, this gas mask was issued to the donor in London in August 1939. It was brought out of England by special permission in October 1939.
