Flat-folding dark blue wool Navy garrison cap with yellow satin lining and brown leather sweatband; sterling silver pin with two bars connected at top and bottom by narrow rods on one side; metal insignia with shield superimposed on crossed anchors with eagle with outstretched wings above attached to other side.
