Eight comb black leather fire helmet with tooled floral vine border on brim; gold painted leather frontpiece with red "3" appliquéd at center and "ASSISTANT / HOPKINS / HOSE CO / CW" in gold painted leather lettering; brass eagle frontpiece holder; textile half-lining.
