Eight comb black painted leather fire helmet with tooled linear decoration on crown; black leather frontpiece with firefighting tools painted at center and "[NY] / EXEMPT / ASSOCIATION / WH" in gold painted leather lettering; brass lion frontpiece holder; textile half-lining.
