Description:
This woman's hand fan is made of bamboo with a paper covering. The paper is printed on one side with an Asian style multi-color print of a pagoda surrounded by foliage and flowers. The other side reads in orange "The Poughkeepsie Fair September 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, 1914".
