Description: 
Oval cast brass grease cup with central hole that is threaded on the exterior and four holes which may have been used to attach a lid to the cup; later engraved name on cup exterior.

This grease cup is from the steamboat the 'Oneida' (formerly the 'Catherine'); this steamboat was also known as the 'Statue of Liberty' cup.
