engraved: on coffin plate, front: "Jemima Horn/Died 28th Feby. 1844/Aged 64 Years engraved: on coffin plate, back: "Erasmus Phil[p]/Died 22nd Septr. 1813/Aged 34 Years"
Rectangular convex metal (probably nickel silver) coffin plate with rounded corners, with engraved inscription reading "Jemima Horn Died 28th Feby. 1814 Aged 64 Years" on front and "Erasmus Phil[p] Died 22nd Septr. 1813 Aged 34 Years" on back; four holes punched at each side of plate to fasten plate to surface, some torn through.
