Description:
Rectangular convex metal (probably nickel silver) coffin plate with rounded corners, with engraved inscription reading "Augusta Sophia Horn Obit. 14th March 1816 Aged 4 yrs. 3 mo."; four holes punched at each side of plate to fasten plate to surface.
