Flat-folding black beaver chapeau bras with two wide bands of black silk ribbon extending diagonally from lower edge of front; rosette of red, white, and silver striped ribbon, and loop of black velvet with floral design embroidered in heavy gold metallic thread; gilded metal button at base of loop with applied floral decoration.
