Description:
Circular metal (brass?) brooch with hinge and hook attachments on reverse (pin missing); center of circle is hollow, a bail arches over the top center suspending a teardrop-shaped ornament inside a hollow bell shape with scalloped bottom edge and coiled wire fringe across the bottom.
