Coral colored silk ribbon bookmark with black stripes along the beaded edge; there is an embroidered sentiment on perforated paper in the middle, in pink silk floss, worked in cross stitch.
This bookmark was made by Adelaide M. Livingston (1806-1885) (Mrs. William B. Clarkson). According to a document found with the bookmark, she was the daughter of Robert L. Livingston and Margaret Marie Livingston, and the granddaughter of Chancellor Robert R. Livington
