Crème cardboard matchbook printed in black, orange, red, blue, white and black printed "BOLO Restaurant & Bar" on front under two graphic letters "B" and "O"on the front; the "B" is printed in orange and white on a black square background; the "O" is printed as an orange spiral on a red square background; the footer is printed "BE SAFE CLOSE COVER BEFORE STRIKING"; on the reverse graphic letters "L" and "O" appear above "23 East 22 Street / New York, NY 10010"; the "L" is printed in white and orange on a blue background with black printed flora design; the "O" is printed in red with a centered photograph of a woman holding castanets and appears on a gray square; the manumark is printed "MARYLAND MATCH CORP. 800/423-0013"; the saddle is printed "(212) 228-2200".
