Circular plate with lead back and brass front stamped in center with an eagle grasping three arrows in one talon, and branch in other talon; three hooks on back.
Gallery Label:
This plate was worn on a shoulder belt, probably by a soldier serving in one of the New York State regiments during the Civil War.
