Description:
Cylindrical porcelain vase with flaring lip decorated with blue enamel band and gold stars and dotted blue wavy lines around rim; painted on one side with polychrome pseudo arms of New York State with a gilt floral center, blue robed liberty and green robed justice; the other side depicts a sepia American eagle with gilded floral shield.
