Cross-shaped medal suspended from a black and pink ribbon. Gold intertwined "KO" in the center of the cross, over red enameled arms of the cross. Red leather box with white silk interior lid, and blue velvet interior body.

The “Olga-Orden” established by Karl I, King of Württemberg, in 1871 to honor his queen consort, Olga Nikolaevna of Russia. The medal was conferred on women who cared for wounded soldiers in the Franco-Prussian War of 1870 – 1871.
