A badge or medal with a gold colored metal pin bar above the remnants of a beige ribbon printed in gold "7th Annual Convention/ New York State/ Embalmers' Association/ Syracuse Sept. 18 and 19, 1906", above a celluloid medallion printed in blue with the Seal of the State of New York and the word "Excelsior".
