Description:
Ecru baby bonnet made of alternating rows of handmade linen bobbin lace with serpentine pattern, and hand embroidered whitework on cambric; one panel runs from the bottom of the neck over the head to the forehead, there are two panels covering the sides of the head; the outer edges are trimmed with three rows of cambric ruffle sewen to bobbin lace with scalloped and beaded edges; cambric ties are at either side to tie under the chin.
