Description:
Metal countertop cigar cutter in the form of a newsboy in short britches and a cap holding out a paper embossed "Extra/ Fine Cut/ Chewing Tobacco/ Best/ In the World/ For 5 Cents", on a pedestal embossed on three sides "John Anderson & Co.'s/ 'Extra'. " The front of the pedestal has a lever with an internal blade and two small holes that act as a cigar or cigarillo cutter or a plug cutter.
